Nevell Group, Inc. (NGi), a leading framing and drywall contractor, is seeking a reliable and professional Truck Driver to join our team in Concord.
This position works closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and is responsible for safely transporting materials and equipment between suppliers, our warehouse, and active commercial construction jobsites throughout the greater Bay Area and Central Valley.
The selected candidate will be sponsored into the Carpenters Union as a Stocker/Scrapper. Wages and benefits are provided in accordance with the applicable Carpenters Union agreement.
Responsibilities
- Work Monday through Friday; hours vary based on business and jobsite needs, with normal hours of approximately 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Load trucks for jobsite deliveries.
- Pick up materials and equipment from supplier yards.
- Safely deliver materials and equipment to active construction jobsites.
- Remove materials and equipment from jobsites and return them to the Concord warehouse.
- Load and unload materials using a forklift.
- Safely operate a 1-ton flatbed truck and towing equipment.
- Navigate commercial construction sites safely and professionally.
- Travel throughout the greater Bay Area and Central Valley as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all company, jobsite, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C Driver License.
- Clean driving record.
- Experience driving a 1-ton flatbed truck.
- Ability to safely tow equipment.
- Forklift experience and ability to load and unload materials.
- Ability to safely navigate active commercial construction sites.
- Ability to travel throughout the greater Bay Area and Central Valley.
- Ability to lift and/or move 50 pounds or more.
- Knowledge of metal stud framing and drywall is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required; English proficiency is required.
- Dependable, adaptable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Employment Requirements

Compensation & Benefits
