Title: Consumer Loan Processor

Location: Concord, New Hampshire

Position Details: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) is adding to our talented team and seeking a Consumer Loan Processor professional. The incumbent provides support services for all of NHMB, including our affiliates, The Merrimack, MVSB, and Savings Bank of Walpole (SBW). This position offers a hybrid work schedule based in Concord, New Hampshire. The successful applicant will have strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.

Salary negotiable based on level of experience

Consumer Loan Processor: $21.60 - $25.40

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for processing Direct and Indirect Consumer Loans including Boat Slips, Condo Campgrounds and Real Estate Stock Loans from approval to closing
Provides support to Consumer Loan Department underwriting staff as well as branch personnel and Indirect Dealers/Brokers
Communicate with customers, dealers, lenders and third parties during the processing of each application

JOB REQUIREMENTS/DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

6 to 12 months of related and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong computer experience with a working knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications
Solid skills in providing customer service over the phone
Strong organizational skills
Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
