What Makes This Role Special

Join our high-energy auction Team as a Digital Sales Coordinator / Front Office Lead Support! In this role, you'll be at the heart of our online operation, helping keep our digital platforms running smoothly while serving as key backup support to our Front Office Manager. If you love variety, thrive under deadlines, and want a front-row seat to how a modern auction runs, this is the role for you.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

• Coordinate and manage vehicle listings across online auction platforms
• Ensure the accuracy of vehicle information, photos, condition reports, and sale data, and escalate any outstanding transportation items for purchased vehicles
• Serve as a point of contact for online buyers and sellers, providing timely support and follow-up
• Assist with pre-sale and post-sale digital processes, including run lists, announcements, and results
• Monitor online auction activity and assist with front office operations as needed
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and recon teams to resolve listing or transaction issues
• Track digital sales performance and generate basic reports as needed
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Help maintain a safe workplace, making safety the highest priority every day
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and audit requirements

What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Prior auto auction experience required
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions and moderate noise levels
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Bilingual in Spanish, a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to meet auto insurance guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle
