Early Childhood Center Director

The Granite YMCA is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Learning Center Director to lead our licensed childcare program in Concord, NH. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with New Hampshire Child Care Licensing regulations, supporting and developing staff, building strong relationships with families, and maintaining a high-quality early learning environment.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Qualifications that meet NH Child Care Licensing requirements for a Center Director
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a licensed childcare setting
• 5+ years of experience working with young children
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A passion for early childhood education and family engagement

• Salary: $46,000–$53,000, based on experience
