We are currently seeking a Filler Operator.  This position operates both the Bulk and Liquid Fillers, maintaining product integrity, throughput, HACCP, quality and food safety standards.
 
  • Operate Bulk and Bottle Fillers, Conveyors, Induction Heat Sealer, and Labeler and possess a thorough understanding of the equipment, controls, and product requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all GMPs, Food Safety (HACCP, CCPs), and Quality Requirements
  • Complete required MES/Paperwork documentation to stage and consume all materials and product
  • by correct "lot" number and/or work order numbers to ensure product traceability and Regulatory Requirements
  • Stage primary and non-primary packaging
  • Execute all MSS (Master Sanitation Tasks) of assigned equipment to ensure all equipment meets sanitation requirements and ready for daily production
  • Collect and submit required samples for Quality Assurance purposes
  • Operate and safely use required Material Handling Equipment
  • Assist Maintenance in the troubleshooting and problem solving of equipment issues impacting equipment throughput, safety, or quality
  • Execute additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • High School or GED.
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Forklift certification. (Can train)
  • Proven ability for time management
  • Ability to use a calculator and due simple mathematical calculations to ensure quality and service requirements
  • Ability to work without constant supervision
  • Ability to multi task and move to other areas as needed
  • Ability to work in a team environment
