Fulfillment & Tech Agent

**This is a position with our LPTG office in Concord, MA that falls under the Lensrentals umbrella**

Job Description

You will work within the Fulfillment and Inspection teams on a daily basis, supporting the flow of gear through our warehouse — from receiving and inspection to packing and shipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming gear shipments and process returns
• Clean and test gear according to established inspection procedures
• Identify malfunctions and flag broken gear for repair
• Shelve and organize gear after inspection
• Pull gear from shelves to fulfill outgoing orders
• Pack gear and process shipments accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace

Education and Basic Skill Requirements:

• Video and/or photo experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Flexible with hours
• Technical knowledge of camera gear and willingness to learn
• Basic computing skills
• Basic problem solving
• Ability to work well under timed pressure
• Must be attentive and organized
• Must be willing to follow directions as well as take initiative when needed

Familiarity with any of the following is a plus:

• Consumer electronics
• Cine gear and software
• Stabilizers and accessories
• Battery maintenance and safety
• Lighting gear
• Audio equipment
