Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Support the management of key building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water treatment, and refrigeration.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and evaluating preventative maintenance activities to ensure hotel assets are well-maintained.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, equipment, and public spaces, identifying and addressing repair needs.
• Ensure engineering team members have the right tools, supplies, and training to complete tasks efficiently.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and accountability to associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values.
• Assist in scheduling team members based on occupancy and business needs.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 1 year of hotel or facility maintenance experience is required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications are preferred.
• A safety-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to lead by example and remain flexible to meet operational needs.
