Orthopedic Technician - Concord Orthopaedics

Starting Salary: From $23.00 per hour (Based on experience, certification, and/or licensure)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating Saturday mornings

Join our compassionate and dynamic team at Concord Orthopaedics! We are seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Technician to provide exceptional care and support in our clinical setting. In this role, you will work alongside physicians, assist with procedures, and ensure a smooth patient experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, passion for patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist physicians with procedures and examinations.
• Conduct patient rooming, intake history, and exams.
• Apply and remove casts, splints, and other durable medical equipment.
• Perform dressing changes and draw up injections.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide compassionate care and maintain professionalism in all patient interactions.

Job Requirements:
• Casting experience (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Medical office experience (1 year preferred)
• Medical terminology knowledge (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
