As a Commercial Field Sales representative for Lubricants, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio to ensure volume and gross margin targets are met while also seeking new business opportunities within the portfolio. Your success hinges on identifying cross-selling opportunities, maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline, developing account plans, monitoring performance, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.Â

Your Responsibilities:Â
Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with sales peers for excellent customer serviceÂ
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and develop account plansÂ
Monitor account performance and develop strategies for underperforming accountsÂ
Capture and manage customer information in customer relationship management toolsÂ
Build profitable solutions for customers and understand credit granting requirementsÂ
Communicate internally to ensure a great customer experience and forecast sales opportunitiesÂ
Identify retention risks and develop retention strategiesÂ
Participate in sales meetings and support forecast preparation and consolidationÂ

Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skillsÂ
Ability to maintain good working relationships with stakeholders and be an effective collaborator and team playerÂ
Experience dealing with multiple priorities and meeting deadlinesÂ
