Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexible extended hours available)

What You'll Do
As our Physical Therapist, you'll carry a diverse outpatient caseload across the lifespan, delivering individualized care and helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes. Day to day, you will:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across a broad range of outpatient conditions
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to drive meaningful outcomes
- Document care accurately and efficiently in our EMR system
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and communicate clearly with patients and caregivers
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture and patient experience that keeps referrals coming back
What We're Looking For
- DPT or MPT from an accredited program (required)
- Active NC PT license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Strong clinical reasoning and confidence treating a diverse patient population
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to perform CPR and emergency first aid
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (core hours)
Work Environment
Outpatient clinical setting with modern equipment, a collaborative team, and a patient-first philosophy. Light to moderate physical activity, including standing for extended periods, hands-on manual techniques, and use of therapeutic equipment.
