Physical Therapist (PT) – School-Based | Central/Southern NH | Full-Time | 2026-27 School Year | $45–$60/hr

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based, pediatric position serving central New Hampshire and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for PTs and/or PTAs seeking school-based experience, pediatric therapy, and a flexible schedule.

We welcome new grads, experienced Physical Therapists, and retired PTs.

Job Details – Physical Therapist (PT)

  • Location: Central NH / South Central NH
  • Position Type: W2 Employee Contract
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Pay: $45–$60 per hour (based on experience)
  • Setting: School-based / Public schools (K–12)

Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities

  • Provide school-based physical therapy to pediatric students (K–12)
  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Write and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
  • Deliver direct therapy services (individual and group sessions)
  • Improve student mobility, strength, balance, and coordination
  • Collaborate with special education teams, OTs, SLPs, and teachers
  • Attend IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive technology
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

Qualifications – Physical Therapist (PT)

  • Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license required
  • Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
  • Interest or experience in pediatrics, schools, or special education preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
