Job Position: Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Concord, NC 28025
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $50/hour - $65/hour & dependent on experience
Description:
Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Concord, North Carolina. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students communication needs in a collaborative educational environment.
Position Overview
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students. The SLP will work closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and school regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and other school-related meetings as needed
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Preferred)
Active or eligible North Carolina SLP license (Required)
ASHA CCCs (CFs welxome to apply)
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
