Personal Care Assistant

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking caring, dependable individuals to join our team of caregivers and CNAs.

We provide compassionate in-home care throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties, supporting seniors and adults with disabilities in the comfort of their own homes.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help with mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals for clients
Perform light housekeeping related to care
Assist with daily living activities

Requirements

CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
Ability to lift 25 pounds
