Piedmont Orthopedics is a well-respected community practice comprised of board-certified orthopedic surgeons and a dynamic staff of APPs that will expand the reach of AH MSKI into the northeast Charlotte metro areas of Huntersville, Concord, and Kannapolis. Being a part of AH MSKI means being a part of a large, comprehensive musculoskeletal network which includes subspecialist in orthopedic surgery as well a non-operative Sports Medicine physicians and MSK Physiatry. This opportunity will partner with community outreach Athletic Trainers supporting high school and collegiate sports partners. Atrium proudly employs 100+ athletic trainers across the region to support the MSKI mission.

Details about the candidate:

· Prefer prior orthopedic experience

· Valid NC licensure

· Must have or be eligible for a DEA license

· Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program required

· Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants preferred

Details about the opportunity:

· APP will be an independent practitioner with their own clinic schedules

· APP will assist attending with managing the call burden

· APP will support Sports Medicine surgeon
