About the Role:
Rossi is looking for an energetic and passionate Server to join our team in New Port Richey, FL! Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and ingredients
- Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments accurately using a POS system
- Keep tables clean and properly set between seatings
Requirements:
- Previous serving or food & beverage experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per Florida law
