About the Role:

Rossi NP LLC is looking for a passionate and hardworking Pizza Team Member to join our crew in New Port Richey, FL! Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications
Stretch, top, and bake pizzas to ensure consistent quality and presentation
Operate pizza ovens and monitor cooking times and temperatures
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety standards
Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assist with inventory management, stocking ingredients, and prep work
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and timely service

Requirements:

Prior experience in a kitchen, pizzeria, or food service environment preferred
Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and dough handling is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
