Job DetailsJob Location: Conover, NC 28613Position Type: Part TimeJob Shift: HourlyQualifications  Job Summary Responsible for providing exemplary nail service to the guests of the Spa Job Description Perform all nail services that are offered on the menu or by promotion by following protocol sheets Perform consultation and post treatments/recommendations for each client Assist in clean-up and housekeeping duties.  Nail Technicians are responsible for cleaning and resetting nail service rooms after each service. Have complete knowledge of all Spa services, packages, promotions and retail products presently offered by the Spa Begin and end each appointment on time.  No service will be conducted in the Spa before or after regular operational hours. Participate in all spa activities including staff meetings, educational events, workshops, inventory or promotions Participate in all pre-opening procedures including pre-setting and restocking for the day Commitment to and demonstration of our Corporate Culture, Vision, Values and Goals Attend line-up prior to first appointment of the day Attend all required departmental, training and general meetings Assist other employees whenever possible Re-stock treatment supplies, re-setting, folding fresh towels and layout fresh linens when necessary Complete the end of day cleaning checklist at end of shift Job Specifications Ability to get along with others Highly service oriented, posses exemplary personal skills and be will organized Must maintain a professional appearance at all times Be able to understand and have to the potential to achieve employee and departmental goals Be able to be punctual and prepared for each day Must be able to work with minimal supervision Must be highly service oriented Adhere to all Rock Barn and departmental policies and procedures No smoking is allowed before or while on shift Avoid discussing personal problems with clients Present a well-groomed, professional appearance and in uniform at all time while on property.   Internal Qualifications Licenses must be display during treatment Maintain current Educational Notebook Complete in-house orientation program, which includes all policies and procedures as per the manual and employee handbook Adhere to OSHA standard, State regulations and Rock Barn Safety Policies Practice within the safety guidelines and health codes of Rock Barn and the State of North Carolina External Qualifications Must have an active North Carolina Cosmetology or Nail Technician License Prefer one year experience in the Medical, Spa or Salon industry High School Diploma or equivalent; Spa or hospitality experience is a plus   Physical Demands Must be able to sit for long periods of time Must be able to see, hear, talk, sit, bend, kneel and crouch.
