Department: Sewing
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6 am-4:30 pm; Friday, 6 am-10 am (overtime may be required)
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Sew complete covers for cushions, ottomans, and pillows using industrial sewing machines.
- Work with complex fabrics to ensure quality and meet production schedules.
- Understand specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sewing.
- Basic computer skills; Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Ability to lift and handle materials weighing 25+ lbs.
