Summary of Performance Expectations
Provides administrative and business process support across multiple service lines, facilitating meetings, documenting workflows, and maintaining accurate business records. Supports process improvement efforts by creating and updating process maps, SOPs, and organizational documentation. Coordinates projects and initiatives, tracks milestones, and interacts with stakeholders, consultants, and general contractors, including travel to sites as needed. Performs general office duties and manages correspondence while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, adaptability, and strong computer and professional writing skills.

Required
Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and administrative or project support experience totaling at least five years.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree.

Work Experience
Â
Required
Five years of administrative or project support experience using computer applications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office beyond basic functions and strong professional writing skills. The incumbent is expected to achieve full proficiency in all job responsibilities within three months of hire.
