Job Title: Surger / Manufacturing

Department: Sewing

Location: Plant # 5

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt – Production Pay

Schedule: M – Th 6:30 am – 4:00 pm & F 6:00 am – 11:00 am

We are continuing to grow and are currently hiring for multiple full-time positions offering consistent 40–45 hour workweeks, no Saturday schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package. Overview of Responsibilities

Operate a standard Surge machine and duties as assigned
Surger Sewer surges fabric parts before and after sewer
Aligning parts/fabric to ensure proper assembly and quality levels
Fixing own repairs while ensuring quality, efficiency, and production levels
Maintaining a clean/neat workstation
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Surger Sewing experience preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
LEAN Manufacturing experience a plus
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to deliver uncompromising quality and detailed craftsmanship
Ability to work full-time
Must be flexible to work overtime when required
Able to stand for 8 hours
