PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Open PO follow up, track and trace – assist as needed for all Buyers
Gather Parts information and create purchase order for Buyer to review and send to suppliers

Organize and maintain inventory and storage area for stockroom. Including but not limited to:

Opening and maintenance of product on shelves
Removing and maintaining waste products

Interface with co-workers to answer questions or solve problems
Work in tandem with management and lead team members.
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative processes while collaborating with Corporate Supply Chain Specialist
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments when needed
Utilize PPE, maintain high level of safety, and communicate in a team environment
Any other task assigned by the supervisor

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

Analytical abilities with attention to detail
Demonstrate decision making and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, throughout all internal levels of the organization; effective communication with vendors and co- workers as necessary
High degree of initiative and motivation with ability to work in a matrix environment or within a cross functional team
Proven organizational and time management skills
Computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Excel and Word)
Demonstrate ability to multitask and respond to constantly changing demands and priorities
Both internal and external Customer Centric attitude
Must be able to travel between plant locations
Ability to work full time
AS400 & Infinium knowledge
