Sonic Summary

The position is in the Sewing Department with a non-exempt hourly pay status.
Employees work Monday to Thursday from 6 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 6 am to 10 am, with potential for overtime.
Responsibilities include sewing covers for cushions, ottomans, and pillows using industrial sewing machines and ensuring quality with complex fabrics.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of sewing experience and possess basic computer skills, with Lean Manufacturing knowledge being a plus.
The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and the capability to lift materials weighing over 25 lbs.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt – Hourly Pay

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6 am-4:30 pm; Friday, 6 am-10 am (overtime may be required)

Sew complete covers for cushions, ottomans, and pillows using industrial sewing machines.
Work with complex fabrics to ensure quality and meet production schedules.
Understand specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Other duties as assigned.
