Position: Restaurant Manager / GM Candidate
Location: Conroe, TX
Pay: Manager / Strong $45,000–$50,000 DOE - GM Candidate: $55,000–$60,000 DOE

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager or General Manager candidate for a high-volume restaurant environment.

We are looking for someone who is strong in Front of House operations, comfortable supporting kitchen operations, and capable of developing into a General Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations
• Lead front of house staff and assist kitchen operations
• Maintain service quality and operational standards
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and employee management
• Support payroll, reporting, and operational procedures
• Help maintain efficiency during high-volume service periods
• Assist with customer service and issue resolution

Requirements

• Restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong FOH experience required
• Kitchen operational knowledge preferred
• Leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
