 Provide professional and specialized service related to cleaning of carpets, tile/grout, other flooring systems, upholstery and HVAC ducts as well as assist in water restoration and mold remediation services.

Cleaning and Restoration Technician Qualifications and Experience
- >2 Years of Carpet, Tile/Grout, Upholstery, Hardwood cleaning experience, using truckmounted systems
- Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
- Driver License in good standing
- Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity. Capable of quickly learning to use company software systems.Â
- Technical Skills
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate cleaning and restoration equipment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, company procedures, and industry standards.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, HVAC duct cleaning, and related services is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Personal Characteristics
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Team player who works well with coworkers and clients.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces when necessary.
Cleaning Technician ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers (Opportunities exist to earn Mold Mitigation; Fire & Water Damage Restoration experience and certifications quickly).Â
- Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
- Inspect completed work.
- Complete the technician’s daily log.
- Complete Work Orders.
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
- Maintain inventory of related supplies.
- Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
- Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
- Willing to work the occasional night/weekend shift

- IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)*Â
- NADCA Certification
- TDLR Mold Remediation WorkerÂ
- Other desired IICRC Certifications:Â SMT, WRT, ASD, AMRT, OCT, FSRT
