What will you be doing?

As a Community Manager, you’ll oversee a multi-million-dollar property, managing everything from leasing and resident relations to marketing, maintenance, and team development. You’ll play a critical role in driving occupancy, increasing revenue, and leading successful lease-up strategies for new or repositioned communities.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead all leasing activities, including outreach marketing, prospect generation, and resident retention initiatives
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and leasing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
  • Build and motivate a high-performing onsite team focused on leasing success and resident satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and traffic to maximize property performance
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the prospect and resident journey
  • Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and compliance standards while maintaining the highest level of community presentation

This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–3 years of management experience in multi-family properties (preferred)
  • Previous lease-up experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to drive occupancy and achieve leasing goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and payroll software
  • Strong organizational, marketing, and team leadership abilities
