We are seeking a strong Assistant Manager who can assist in leading a team, Leader our buy staff, Assist with inventory management, a go-getter who gets the job done. Must have team spirit and a positive attitude (don't kill our vibe!)

Core Responsibilities/Key Skills Needed for this position:

Evaluate & price inventory using our proprietary software (we'll train)
Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising
Direct a team of 8-20 people daily
Assist with running the store with passion and drive
Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in Fashion Retail within the last 4 years
Must be a team player, have GREAT initiative, BE Responsible & a fast learner
Must have open availability on weekends
Must work with Store Management to consistently meet Goals
Must be able to fill in for call-outs from staff members
Must have STRONG WORK ETHIC! Be Ready to hit the ground running everyday!
