Job DetailsJob Location: Clearwater Express Wash HQ - Montgomery, TX 77316Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 SalaryPosition Summary The Integration Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating facility services, utilities, vendor relationships, permitting, equipment procurement, and maintenance support for new site openings, acquisitions, remodels, and existing operations. This role serves as the central point of coordination between Operations, Maintenance, Construction, Vendors, and Government Agencies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Project Coordination •    Coordinate all activities related to new site openings (NSOs), acquisitions, remodels, and existing site improvements. •    Manage project timelines and ensure critical milestones are achieved. •    Update and maintain NSO schedules, team sheets, and project tracking documentation. •    Coordinate “Coming Soon” signage and other site readiness requirements. Utility Coordination •    Coordinate new electrical service installations with utility providers. •    Coordinate new water service installations and activation. •    Track utility project progress and resolve service-related issues. Facilities & Vendor Management •    Coordinate trash collection, dumpsters, and temporary waste containers. •    Manage pest control services for all locations. •    Coordinate locksmith services for acquisitions and new locations. •    Schedule storage containers and temporary site equipment as needed. •    Coordinate building vinyl installations for acquisitions and remodels. Maintenance & Asset Management •    Oversee property damage claims and coordinate repairs. •    Manage MaintainX tagged tickets and ensure timely follow-up. •    Track building warranties and coordinate warranty repairs. •    Coordinate loop installations and repairs as required. Equipment & Procurement •    Coordinate procurement and installation of: Compressors Washers Flags Building vinyl Other operational equipment as assigned •    Manage towel orders and inventory replenishment for all sites. Regulatory Compliance •    Coordinate and maintain: Alarm permits Sound and noise permits RPZ (Backflow Prevention) inspections Fire extinguisher inspections •    Ensure all permits, inspections, and compliance requirements remain current. Communication & Collaboration •    Serve as the primary liaison between Operations, Maintenance, Vendors, Contractors, Utility Companies, and Government Agencies. •    Provide regular project status updates to leadership. •    Identify potential project risks and develop solutions to minimize delays. •    Maintain accurate documentation and project records.   QualificationsQualifications •    Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted. •    3+ years of project coordination, facilities management, construction administration, or operations support experience. •    Experience coordinating multiple vendors and contractors simultaneously. •    Strong organizational and time management skills. •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •    Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. •    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. •    Experience with CMMS systems such as MaintainX is preferred.
