Texas Tissue Converting is looking for a dependable Industrial Cleaner to help keep our production floor safe, clean, and running smoothly. If you're hardworking, detail‑oriented, and ready for hands‑on work - this role is for you.

12‑Hour Rotational Shifts | Fast‑Paced Environment | Growth Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Clear waste from production lines
• Operate balers, compactors & pallet jacks (we'll train you!)
• Sweep floors, empty trash, maintain clean work areas
• Assist packing/rewinder teams using proper safety tools
• Follow all safety protocols with required PPE

 What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read/write/speak English
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in driving a sweeper is a plus
• Physically able to lift to 30 lbs. & stay active for 12‑hour shifts
• Forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus
