Job DetailsJob Location: Future Frame Corporate - Conroe, TX 77301Production Administrator Future Frame Position Summary The Production Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the production facility by coordinating sales order processing, production scheduling, work order management, and shipping logistics. This position serves as the communication link between Sales, Production, and Shipping to ensure customer orders are processed accurately, production runs efficiently, and deliveries are completed on schedule. Key Responsibilities Sales & Order Administration Create, review, and maintain customer sales orders within the ERP system. Enter and validate customer project information, including address logging into MiTek. Ensure order information is accurate and complete prior to production. Receive customer schedules through customer portals and other communication channels. Monitor customer schedules and communicate changes affecting production or delivery. Production Coordination Coordinate batching activities to prepare jobs for production. Generate and distribute production plans to the Production Manager. Transfer work orders from MiTek into Agility. Print production work orders, delivery tickets, and stage orders. Ensure production documentation is accurate and available before manufacturing begins. Coordinate schedule updates and communicate changes to the production team. Shipping & Logistics Develop and maintain daily and weekly shipping schedules. Communicate shipping schedules with production, shipping personnel, and management. Prepare truck loading documentation and shipping paperwork. Coordinate product bundles, loose materials, and all required shipping documentation. Verify shipments are complete and obtain final validation prior to trucks leaving the yard. Manage delivery receipts, proof of delivery (POD) documentation, and delivery photos. Maintain shipping records and ensure documentation is properly filed. Operational Support Serve as the primary administrative support between Sales, Production, and Shipping. Track production and delivery milestones to ensure customer commitments are met. Identify scheduling conflicts and communicate solutions proactively. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workflow and operational efficiency. Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Two or more years of administrative, production support, logistics, or operations experience preferred. Experience with ERP, manufacturing, or production management systems (MiTek, Agility, or similar) preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
