Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide production teams.
- Enforce safety and company standards.
- Manage workflow, schedules, and training.
- Monitor output and drive improvements.
- Work to foster and grow the company culture of teamwork, respect and continual improvement.
- Supports Company's certifications and outside agency requirements relate to production including but limited: ISO 9001, HACCP, Food Safety, and Customer System Requirements.
- Promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years in manufacturing; supervisory experience required.
- Paper or food industry experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma required, technical degree a plus.
- Physically able to meet job demands.
- Able to work a rotating schedule to include nights, weekends and potential holidays.
