About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Welder to join our team at our Conroe Headquarters. In this role, you'll handle manufacturing, fabrication, and repair of a variety of equipment, working across multiple welding processes and techniques.
What You'll Do
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks to manufacture, build, and repair equipment
- Apply hard-surfacing techniques to extend equipment life and durability
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
- Inspect completed work for quality and structural integrity
What You'll Need
- Hands-on experience with:
- Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG)
- Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG)
- Oxy-Acetylene Welding (OAW) and cutting
- Hard surfacing
- Ability to read technical drawings and welding symbols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Reliable, safety-focused work ethic
- A valid driver's license
Physical Requirements
- The job requires strenuous activities including walking, bending, climbing and being able to lift.
- Must be mentally alert at all times
