Job Responsibilities:

Deliver live and virtual performance managementĀ training sessions for leaders and employeesĀ
Support talent review processes including assessing potential, succession planning, talent cards, and development planningĀ
HelpĀ maintainĀ annual performance and talent timelines.Ā
Learning & DevelopmentĀ Ā
Support and help leadĀ the learning strategy, including curriculum design and session facilitationĀ
Facilitate learning sessions and leader cohorts in partnershipĀ with Sr Manager of Talent ManagementĀ
Track and report on learning participation, trends, and effectiveness.Ā
Culture, Inclusion & EngagementĀ
Support inclusion initiatives that promote innovation, belonging, and engagementĀ
Partner on inclusion events, awareness programs, andĀ cultureĀ storytelling initiativesĀ
Support employee engagement and survey initiatives, including data analysis and insightsĀ
Data Analytics and ReportingĀ
Own the cadence, accuracy, and distribution of Talent Management reporting, ensuring consistent metrics and data integrity across programs.Ā
Analyzing data and drawing key insights to tell a story and providing leadership summariesĀ and recommendations.Ā
Systems & Process ImprovementĀ
Support Talent Management systems and tools (surveys, assessments, learning platforms)Ā
IdentifyĀ opportunities to simplify processes and improveĀ the employeeĀ experienceĀ
Partner with cross-functional HR teams to ensure programs are aligned and scalableĀ
Qualifications:Ā
3ā5 years of experience in Talent Management, HR, or Learning & DevelopmentĀ
Comfortable facilitatingĀ trainingsĀ and engaging with leadersĀ Ā
Strong problem-solver who takes initiative and seeks solutions independentlyĀ
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple programs at onceĀ
