We are seeking a dependable, reliable, and accountable Commercial Landscape Construction Foreman to

lead field operations on commercial landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with

strong industry knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety, quality, and production.

Commercial landscape construction experience is required. Residential-only experience will not be

considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial landscape construction crews on job sites
• Coordinate daily operations, manpower, equipment, and materials
• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project layouts
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards
• Identify and resolve field challenges quickly and effectively
• Communicate professionally with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members
• Operate equipment and work alongside the crew when necessary
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation and reporting

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial landscape construction experience required
• Proven leadership and crew management experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to “spin a wrench” when needed
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate crews and maintain productivity
• Experience with grading, drainage, hardscapes, site furnishings, planting, irrigation, and other commercial
• landscape construction practices
• Valid driver’s license required
• Spanish-speaking skills are encouraged but not required
