What Youâll Do
Regional HR Support
Serve as a primary HR contact for designated locations.
Respond to employee questions and provide guidance on policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
Coach and support front-line managers with routine employee relations matters.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Support onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and HR recordkeeping.
Help organize and facilitate new-hire orientations and training sessions.
Help create a positive and professional employee experience from day one.
Employee Relations & Performance
Partner with the HR Manager on employee relations matters, investigations, documentation, and disciplinary actions.
Assist with performance improvement plans and performance review cycles.
Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Culture & Employee Engagement
Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
â Be an ambassador for TCIâs values of integrity, respect, accountability, and collaboration.
Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
âď¸ Compliance & HR Operations
Support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
Maintain accurate personnel records and HRIS information.
Protect confidential employee information and maintain a high level of data integrity.
Workforce Planning & Development
Partner with operational leaders to understand staffing needs.
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities.
Support internal mobility, employee development, and retention strategies alongside HR leadership.
What You Bring to the Team
Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
Weâre looking for someone with:
3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
A bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
âď¸ Familiarity with employment law and HR compliance.
Experience working with HRIS platforms.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
A high level of business ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
ď¸ Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and other business software.
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
Flexibility and enthusiasm for learning new skills, systems, programs, and processes.

Because HR sometimes happens outside regular business hours, this position requires flexibility to respond to occasional after-hours inquiries and emergencies. Night, weekend, and holiday work may be required based on business needs.
âď¸ Travel
Approximately 5â10% travel may be required to support regional locations.
Travel may include both local and occasional out-of-state locations.
Reliable transportation is required.
Travel will be coordinated with the HR Manager and Director of Human Resources.
