Superintendent

At Titan Enterprises of SC, we are seeking a dedicated Concrete Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Myrtle Beach, SC. This role is pivotal in overseeing concrete projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  - Manage daily operations on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  - Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor teams to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  - Communicate effectively with builders to address project needs and updates.
  - Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  - Implement best practices in construction management to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  - Resolve on-site issues or conflicts promptly to keep projects on track.
  - Ensure all materials and equipment are available and in good working condition.

Requirements:

  - Proven experience as a Superintendent in the residential concrete construction industry.
  - Strong knowledge of concrete construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  - OSHA certification preferred.
  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
