Pay: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour
Job Summary
Join our team at Brentwood and make a difference! We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to help preserve the beauty and functionality of our property, ensuring residents enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the physical property is visually impeccable and functionally sound
  • Maintain general knowledge and troubleshooting skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pools/fountains, appliance repair, and customer service
  • Communicate daily with the Maintenance Supervisor on the status of work orders, make-readies, and property projects
  • Complete work orders as assigned
  • Ensure all issues are reported and documented in Rent Manager
  • Perform and complete make-readies
  • Ensure preventative maintenance deadlines are met, as outlined by the Regional Maintenance Supervisor and directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Conduct inventory checks as required
  • Perform transportation inspections as required
  • Be on call as scheduled by the Property Manager
  • Actively participate in the maintenance team group text
  • Complete all required training
  • Serve as backup for the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Porter
  • Lift or handle 80–100 lbs on a regular basis

  • State of Engage annual meeting

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • EPA Section 608 Type I certification preferred
