MAINTENANCE PORTER
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour

Position Overview
The Maintenance Porter helps ensure the physical property is visually impeccable and functionally sound, with a primary focus on grounds upkeep and support for the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical property is visually impeccable and functionally sound
• Maintain upkeep of grounds, including:
  • Pool
  • Trash pickup and disposal
  • Pet waste testing, pickup, and disposal
  • Emptying and restocking pet waste station(s)
• Document found and known issues
• Assist the Maintenance Technician with tenant trash-outs
• Cross-train with the Maintenance Technician as needed or required
• Actively participate in the maintenance team group text
• Attend monthly conference calls, quarterly in-person team meetings, and semiannual in-person team training
• Serve as backup for the Maintenance Technician
• Lift or handle 80–100 lbs on a regular basis

This is a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
