The Reconstruction Technician will assist in the repairs of homes damaged by Fire & Water damage. You will be paired with an experienced team member who will guide you through the process. Tasks include the following: rough and finish carpentry, drywall, paint, insulation, basic plumbing and electrical. You will also be trained in basics of water & fire mitigation so you can assist, when needed, the mitigation teams.Â

Position Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is ideal but not required
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
