$500 Sign-On Bonus
- $250 after 45 days of employment
- $250 after 90 days of employment
Work Schedule
Monday - Â Friday
7 am to 3:30 pm

What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals:
✅ Live as independently as possible
✅ Participate in community activities and events
✅ Learn and strengthen daily living skills
✅ Meet personal goals and build confidence
✅ Maintain their health, safety, and well-being
You'll also assist with documentation and help ensure individuals receive quality, person-centered support.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or one year of related experience)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including assisting individuals with mobility and daily living activities
- Ability to complete all required training and certifications
Important Role Expectations
This position is considered an Essential Employee role. Team members may be required to:
- Report to work during emergencies or severe weather events.
- Work temporarily at another residential location when needed to ensure continuity of care and support.
- Provide reliable support to individuals who depend on us every day.
