In this position, the selected candidate will work closely with HR leadership and teams across the organization to provide consistent, high-quality support across a range of HR functions. This role offers flexibility in scope, allowing responsibilities to align with the individual’s experience and strengths while supporting the operational and, where applicable, more analytical and strategic needs of the HR function. It is suited for someone who values both detail-oriented work and employee interaction—an individual who is organized, adaptable, eager to learn, and committed to supporting others in a professional and meaningful way.

Responsibilities as an HR Representative include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
- Supporting and navigating HRIS platforms and related technologies (PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Microsoft Products, Canva, and similar tools).
- Coordinating pre-employment and compliance screenings (DOT/Non-DOT), employee programs, and engagement initiatives.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews, meetings, and events.
- Supporting compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies through documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Analyzing HR data and metrics (e.g., turnover, hiring trends, engagement) to identify patterns and support informed decision-making.
- Assisting with workforce planning efforts, reporting, and tracking to support organizational needs.
- Leading or supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness of HR services.
- Serving as a resource for employees by providing guidance on benefits, policies, and HR processes.
- Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
- Contributing to ongoing HR projects and departmental initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. SHRM-CP certification preferred.

This position may be filled at either the HR Representative or HR Generalist level based on the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Responsibilities and compensation will align with the level at which the position is filled.

A Bachelor’s degree from an four-year college or university. (Preferred)
Â
Ability to learn and understand all HR technology. Understanding of the latest technology and working knowledge of MS products, PeopleSoft, Canva, iCIMS, etc.Â

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality without exception.Â
Â
