Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations with pre-qualified homeowners
• Use an iPad-based system to design and present bath solutions
• Present pricing and close sales during appointments
• Participate in ongoing sales training
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred
• Comfortable presenting and closing in a home setting
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work independently

Compensation

• 100% Commission-based
• $100,000+ annual earning potential (based on performance)
• Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time available)
