Fire & Water Restoration | Catastrophe Response | Commercial & Residential Losses

We are seeking an experienced Large Loss Project Manager to lead complex fire, water, storm, and catastrophe restoration projects from initial emergency response through final completion. This position is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at customer communication, and has a proven track record managing high-value restoration projects.

What You'll Do

  • Manage large commercial and residential restoration projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate emergency response efforts for fire, water, storm, and catastrophic losses
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans
  • Communicate directly with property owners, insurance adjusters, consultants, and contractors
  • Oversee mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and specialty restoration services
  • Monitor project profitability, job costing, and budget performance
  • Ensure accurate documentation, daily reporting, and compliance with industry standards
  • Lead field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and timely project completion
  • Participate in catastrophe and storm response opportunities throughout the Southeast and beyond
  • Assist with business development efforts and maintain key client relationships
Qualifications

Required
  • 5+ years of project management experience in fire and water restoration
  • Experience managing large commercial losses ($250,000+)
  • Strong understanding of mitigation, drying, demolition, reconstruction, and insurance claims processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel for large loss and catastrophe assignments
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred

  • IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, CDS, OCT)
  • Xactimate proficiency
  • Experience with commercial estimating and project scheduling software
  • Previous experience managing multi-million-dollar restoration projects
  • Knowledge of large-loss documentation and insurance carrier requirements
