We are dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible care within our community and adjoining areas.

We are seeking a full-time licensed clinical counselor to join our clinical team who is motivated by a passion to help individuals and families struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders. Applicant must be willing and available to work five days a week (M-F) to include some evening hours, as needed. This position is housed within our outpatient clinic in Conway, SC.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provides individual and group counseling
  • Completes biopsychosocial assessments during open access, as needed
  • Provides crisis intervention services to call-in and walk-in clients, as needed
  • Assists other clinical staff with staffing cases, placement decisions, and treatment methods/materials
  • Able to learn and implement evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Contributes effectively as a team member, participating in weekly team meetings, sharing ideas, and communicating with supervisors and other team members
  • Maintains accurate records as required by OSUS, Medicaid and agency policy/procedures, as assigned
  • Maintains current licensures and/or certification necessary for the position
  • Maintains client charts according to quality standards regarding clinical content and timely entry as established by OSUS, Medicaid and agency policy/procedures
  • Provides the required amount of direct service time each week
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications: LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT, or LMSW license and master’s degree in human service-related field required. Must be able to use clinical judgement while working independently at times and be self-directed.
