Healthy Connections is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or an experienced Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join our care team at our Conway Clinic. This full-time position offers an outstanding work-life balance while allowing you to be part of a mission-driven healthcare team.

What You’ll Do

  • Support providers in delivering quality primary care and outpatient services to patients of all ages.
  • Perform direct patient care tasks such as administering medications, documenting vitals, and assisting with exams and procedures.
  • Ensure a clean, efficient, and safe clinical environment that promotes comfort and trust.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Educate patients and families while supporting care coordination and follow-up.
  • Serve as a connector between patients, providers, and support resources to enhance care outcomes.
  • Occasionally participate in staff training, meetings, and patient outreach activities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Active certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be American Heart or Red Cross).
  • Experience working in a busy outpatient clinic or similar healthcare setting required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for meetings or professional development.
