• Lead and manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Motivate, coach, and support crew members to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Manage staffing levels and delegate tasks effectively.
• Handle cash management and daily operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail, or food service preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
