Job Description
McDonald’s is looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a crew person, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing quality food, and keeping a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Operate cash registers and handle payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations
- Work as part of a team to ensure fast and friendly service
- Follow food safety and company procedures
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn (no experience required)
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
