Description of Job Duty:
Prepare and process documents related to externally funded awards for CESR faculty, including financial documents. Assist with student hourly appointments, and tracking of clocked hours. Assist with graduate student appointments. Assist with travel for CESR faculty and supported students, including travel pre-authorizations for out of country travel and purchase of airfare and conference registration on Procard. Coordinate travel support and claims with other departments and centers. Process payments related to supplies, travel, and other transactions with Procard. Order supplies for the CESR and research projects through the Purchasing system or Procard. Design layout and compile data for the CESR Annual Report. Maintain and keep current the CESR Dashboard. Assist with the Institutional Effectiveness Report. Assist with all CESR inventories. Serve as secretary to the Center’s Director and administrative assistant to the Center’s Budget Planning & Management Specialist I, including assisting students, faculty, and staff. Assist with the Industrial Advisory Board and its meetings. Assist with the CESR Seminar Series speakers, including poster preparation, room reservation, food authorization requests, and processing payments to said speakers. Schedule and prioritize a considerable volume of detailed work with high confidentiality.
