Description of Job Duty:

The role primarily focuses on application configuration management, application development, end-user technical support, analytics, ad-hoc reporting, and driving projects that enhance mission-critical systems. Additionally, this position serves as the technical support lead for designated administrative units, ensuring efficient and effective system operation.
