K. Payne Contracting, LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Cookeville, TN. Responsibilities:

Perform routine commercial cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other facilities
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors across various commercial spaces
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces
Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and equipment
Restock cleaning supplies and report any inventory needs to supervisors
Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Requirements:

Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
Trustworthy and professional demeanor when working in client spaces
Flexible availability including evenings or weekends as needed
