PRN Speech-Language Pathologist

SLP PRN Pay: up to $63 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing interdisciplinary team and support individuals of all ages in reaching meaningful milestones across clinic, community-based, and telehealth settings.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care that improves communication and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills across all populations
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans
  • Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize progress
  • Provide caregiver education to support carryover of skills in home and community settings
  • Coordinate services across clinic, community-based, and telehealth platforms
  • Manage caseload, scheduling, and ensure accurate billing practices

Specialty & Program Areas:

  • Support Feeding Services (High-Need Area) in collaboration with OT/SLP
  • Assist with Custom Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as part of interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Participate in Community-Based Services (marketed as community services, not home health) across all disciplines
  • Provide Telehealth Services across all disciplines

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Arizona state licensure/certification as an SLP
  • One year of experience preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle (for community-based services)
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented approach
